Breakpoints added in ROM monitor version 0.C
A new 'break' command was added:
  break .......... displays the status of the breakpoint (enabled/disabled)
                   together with the address of the breakpoint
  break address .. sets the breakpoint to address and enables it
  break clr ...... clears the breakpoint
  break en ....... enables the breakpoint
  break dis ...... disables the breakpoint
