With ROM monitor V0.C from 25.May 2007 it does no longer crash but if the range
which is to be displayed transistions from $FFFF to $0000 only 1 data byte is
displayed. To solve this the address calculation must be extended to 17 bits.
Currently addresses are calculating using 16 bits and overflow is handled as
special case.
