The registers (ACC, X, SR) are being restored during the course of a STEP or
RUN interrupt. When entering RUN mode by autostart or by the manual 'run' or
'step' commands the memory addresses from where the restore values are taken
were not initialized. In case of autostart they were in fact initialized (by
the loader) to all 0. Which had the consequence that on "restoring" 0 to the
status register the interrupts are disabled, which causes the run/step/CTRL (.)
mechanism to stop working.
Solved in ROM monitor V0.E from 6.Jul.2007
